In the year of 2002, Sino-Sincerity Opto Corp. Was established in China. To ensure our business will develop smoothly in China market, in Taiwan we choose " GMK Technology Corp. " as our best partner and material supplier in optotronic film for the initial business run. After two years of efforts in optotronic market promotion, both in products quality, service quality are all have our clients appreciate in all transactions.

In the year of 2004, we got "GMK " its sole-agent in China market finally.

It′s tough from the early stages of mutual activity to receiving the affirmation by GMK Technology Corp., but we are now feel proud of our right management policy of people-oriented and benefit-sharing, it makes all our staffs willing to devote their fully ability for the goal. At the end of 2004, we started to scheme company′s future, we aim new items on SMD PCB, Laser Mouse and Computer Peripheral products in manufacturing and sales; LCD modules and Black/White film will be the first increased as OEM item, as well as scratch resistant screen film. In such project operation, we set SMD PCB and Laser Mouse R&D Department and running in Taiwan, and regarding production affairs will be operated in Hong Kong and Dong-Guan ( China ).

To improve company′s management, we set up VANtronic Ltd. By the end of 2008, the VANtronic Ltd. Will be specialized in Mouse, Keyboard and Mouse Pad, Sino-Sincerity Opto Copr. Will be remaining on its optotronic field.
